To everyone whining about Hillis being "bi***y": You somehow forgot about half the current plotline that she keeps changing into another being every time she finds a piece. She is steadily losing herself. This time around she lost most if not all of her emotions. She's now unfeeling, fueled only by her purpose and memories. And the hair becoming redder every time is either her becomibg Ino, or a representation of losing that delicate, flowery good side, leaving just the blo*** red thorny rose left. That's just my guess tho.
