Yeah she could've been, But she chose a guy who is a yandere and would do anything for her to be with him, so i guess she wouldn't be able to do everything independently because the guy she's in love with would Literally kill anyone and would as expected control her just by the words he used like "tame her" too, is already proof that she won't have a much independent life as expected, because he will literally be jealous of anyone near her everytime 24/7 but still the words he used like " tame her " is pretty messed up but still i hope everything works out in their relationship so yeah :-)
