@chichichi  i totally get you.. my workplace is just full with people who dont want to admit their mistakes and pushing responsibilities to each other 😔

 😭 i wish i could be a hikikomori too, but in Asian countries, too high maintenance so i cant be a NEET.

well my comments are more like of other department but my own department is quite nice, full of nice people who dont mind to help each other. I have been blessed with nice bosses (to talk to) and nice colleagues so far. 

Maybe it depends on how big the company that does the push blame culture. (Thats why im here healing my soul after work 🤣)
