@Ghostmare Regina is Phileo's cousin. But in the beginning Phileo refers to Leo as his niece. My cousin does this with her daughter (calls me auntie). Makes it a little easier than calling like a certain relation of cousin (2nd?) Or whatever it is.
But yeah. Leo never really thought of Regina as her mother. Just as the woman who gave birth to her.
