Even still, (talking to both replies here) he's being bribed into having s** for exchange of money. Even if he's "consenting" and knowing what he's getting into, he doesn't like it and he doesn't want to do it. He's doing this against his will and only holding on for the money, Jae still forces him to do it anywhere at anytime. And if it weren't for the money/deal, Dan wouldn't consent to this in the first place.
