@Miraa probably that someone else was involved in setting up her family by planting those loan flyers, and it looks like he knows who they are. those types of loans are known to be super predatory and only taken on by people who are in desperate need of money, because of their gigantic interest fees which easily bankrupt people who take them on. its the type of loans loan sharks give out where they offer you a large amount of money up front and make you pay anywhere from 10-50% interest in a very short time
