The reason workers are getting their way is because 4 eyes is smart, he knows how to manipulate, knows everyones background (and weakness), he knows how to make plans, and he's confident, most importantly, he communicates, which is why Daniel and mostly everyone is losing or smth, they need someone like 4 eyes to have a good team. To be honest they have the strenght, knowledge(Jace), and they have their own techniques, but they don't know how to communicate, which is how to balance the team.
