I am willing to bet Noah pretended to be Cecil when he and ichika communicated through the mirror so thats why even though what 'Cecil' said being an unwanted child and being in a tower is all true its bcs he is Noah since Cecil rn doesn't seem to have suffered in any way, Cecil that we know might be the current queen's child and of course favors her own child and wishes to sabotage Noah's chances on becoming the next king
