@Average Dude I'd say when he buys a new boat because it's a skill it may be either 1.sending the money into some valt somewhere that the country uses or 2. The metal the coins are made up of are reformed in the mines that they get the ore from and they use that ore to make new money but honestly it could just be fictional bs
