Shushu wants a mutual relationship in which there is no imbalance of power. To share hardships, struggles, and lean on each other. Because Henriad has only seen his parents controlling, keeping the other captive, and having power over the other, he believes that is the only way he can love Shushu, by letting her dominate him. Shushu, however, will show him a completely different perspective on what true love is (that is what I beleive).
