Is it only me or but hello all skill were block so how recovery isn't blocked like faaah it's an different type or smt we clear heard that it was artifatc that remove the debuff so howwww

@LAY4O-O i kind of understand wt ur trying to say and basically he had the artifact on him; which clears all abnormal status effects/debuffs (i.e the silent ground thing that the death knight was emitting) for one instance, but in return has a cd of 2h. in the silent ground, skills are blocks but artifacts arent classified as skills, hence why it was allowed. as for recovery, we learned previously from leveling up ur hp goes to the max you have it as (i.e i have low hp, 5 when my max is 20, so after leveling up i go to 20), other than that i dont believe he recovered in the fight (i havent read this in almost a yr).
