Hmm that's curious.
I'll say first that I don't support that 4th Young Lady's actions, because they were too over the top.
That being said, it's curious that she could recognize that Lore had added something to the food, because Good Intentions or no, he is dosing them with an unreleased potion. We know it's for their good, and obviously he's shown constantly that he wants to help and keep everyone going. But it's still something to take caution about.
Considering her background, I wonder if she's sensitive against that, potions/poisons being laced into food. That drug she's taking also seems like it turns her actions up from a normal 3-4 where she'd question what is used (possibly just refusing it), to a 10 where she's theatrically tossing the food and calling him out in public sure that everyone will take her side since she's in the right. Then of course that plays into her insecurity and pushes her to a 13 where she starts saying that what he has should be hers anyway.
