@Blvynx he's shown to know right from wrong so he has a level of emotional quotient so this point is still weak. He can recognise that actions can affect another from him knowing Juhyeok will not like certain actions done to him.

It is faux intellectualising. I'm calling a spade a spade & you're insisting on the history of the spade. The backstory exists contextualise but actions define a character. Yes, I know Azula has parental wounds but she's still a colonialist. You want me to ditch the characterisations & actions I've made of him in the name of backstory. 

Once story gives a moral & societal framework in which the characters exists in, I operate on that. The analyses I see when people work outside of those frameworks are faux intellectualisation & tend strip agency & intentionality from the characters. "Yes, the character has committed this terrible act but [insert sob story]." I've seen this a lot with villains & bad-mannered tops. This story has typical omegaverse dynamics & you can't separate from the social, economic, & political framework it places the characters.
