@Kate_14 I have the same issue. Ive had the account for months but I was never able to upload a pfp... I also asked many users and they can't change it either apparently. One of them said you can try the random button and it might work. But you won't exactly get what you want and there aren't many options to choose from... 

I don't know why the upload stopped working..
