@Ivy Sapphire She knows he loves her but the situation they grew up in is so awkward that being lovey dovey family is hard for her. She didn't experience healthy parents love nor does she know how to connect emotionally and recieve love kindly. Her big brother on the other side had a great childhood with healthy parental relationships and can easily emotionally express himself. It's not why she isn't responding back to his love... she just doesn't know how to recieve it and react.
