@Hong E Yi not really dangerous for a dream eating demon, it's actually quite helpful, it causes the one attacked by the dream snake to have a 100% of having reaccuring nightmares which is perfect for someone who needs to eat nightmares for food

It is dangerous though the child could've accidentally and unintentionally killed someone and/or got caught a sorcerer or something and get in trouble maybe even get killed. That could've been a possibility.
