I think so yeah, but I suppose if that's so, the ABO doesn't apply to thr K's Secret world since the main couple is a regular rich mand and a vampire. They had their own little bubble in their story since vampires had to be all hush hush
I wouldn't be surpised if they really shared the same world mechanics
