@Ajiood now that you've mentioned it... I don't remember seeing any family with more than 1 kid yet. I mean we did see few married couples, and older families but never more than 1 (adult) child. 

Sadly this is not enough to confirm or deny your theory but hopefully they (artist/author) answer this by showing their child/ren.

@You guys read this too that was what I was thinking too but they are following cat anatomy for everything except the for of the body. So idk
