@Bushido Umm... How do you expect him to suddenly get stronger without training and learning? Remember that he doesn't even have any basic in magic. Plus, he's not in rush. The one who's in rush would be those people that gave him nornir system. 
Also it has just been 9 chapter.

@Bushido I agree with you he is regressed who know everything in future and he know how to handle  it to became strong but he go back in past and still weak

Did you forget he don't have determination to be strong and  he wanted to sell Odin eye to live better rich  life style that's why he so weak

That was b4 he found out that his father send someone to kill him & that his father was the one who's behind his mother's death as well.
