So for those who don't understand:
sid is traitor. Cain gave him the compas (which can find anyone) to search for doctor who can cure cain's heart but sid gave that compas to perverted demon guy to find and kill that doctor. That demon killed doctor's clone. Then the actual doctor went to mc's place to tell cain that he was the doctor bc he wanted to make alliance with him. Then before doctor could tell him that, sid arrived and told cain that he saw doctor dead. So doctor was thinking how to tell cain that he was the doctor bc cain trusted sid more.
