Tbh i don't get why they feel bad for the Duke cause he was incredibly absuve never apologised and till the very end blamed Zack for everything.
And she was there first hand for the abuse as well but they are both so loving towards him. I kinda get why Zack would because Children in abusive homes still love and crave their parents love. So even if they are being abused they still show care towards them, but our lady? Why is so so remorseful. I just don't understand he never did anything in the later parts of his life to warrant this.
