I would reccomend searching up what your exactly looking for and there will be websites that would have reccomendations. For example Anime-planet or vyvymanga.net, this two websites are wherr I usually go to whenever I need something to read. 

There may be something that will interest you, so I put up 2 collections that I have searched up for you. There may not be isekai on the vyvymanga I have reccomended but there is absolutely no romance on them.
