I feel like the prince is actually a nice kid but he was just raised the wrong way, I mean, it isn't his fault for being so arrogant, annoying, or cruel if he was never taught what was right or wrong, you can't expect a kid who was never taught how to deal with certain situations just to be born with every piece of information that they need about the world.
