he did'nt lost his memory , it's his imagination , he is so hurt beacuse the uncle is engage to other omega that he push back all hia rational thought, and like thinking he stay in a hospital or whatever and he is used for breeding, and bearing the child for his client , the sacr in his abdomen is the birth of their child that we saw in the previous chapter
