@Windex15 he doesn't care if people know he's dating sato but in previous chapters, sato didn't want people knowing she is dating him. So, he respects her boundaries
@Windex15 He told Satou that she should be the one to tell him and Satou agreed. Satou really needs to make more of an effort to tell Mizoguchi, though.
