i feel like the kid is being abused...my assumptions stem out of the way woojun said he wants to become an elephant because they are strong..might be symbolism to him wanting to protect himself from his abusive father
i was thinking he could have turned to a zombie but i ruled it out because the other kids said that he sometimes gets sick and has to stay home
also i know majority have been saying that guwon is not human and i agree...the way he said ''when i woke up'' maybe a pointer
or he was human..turned to zombie...died..and awakened as whatever he is
or he might be one of the reasons people started turning into zombies
or he is a successful science experiment or an experiment gone wrong [idk i'm assuming ]
