@Shadow_Queen it's about control. He can't control Fed so he picks the next best thing: Someone weaker and and close with fed who he can take all his anger out on in order to punish Fed. No one would find out—or so he thinks and maybe in a way probably wants to get caught all to cause the most harm to fed because we know that if/when fed finds out it will break him
