@Exos i dont know the ending but i know a few things at least to chapter 130 but very vague because i could not understand because of the lenguaje ,something happen and it seems she is going away but then the other nurse tries to do things with the mc and she tries to make the fmc jealous and in chapter 130 the mc and fmc finally have s**
@Exos i think i have a vague idea of the ending by usign a poor translation of the comments in the raw chapters

If 130 is the last chapter its seems they have s** because she truly leaves call it a final demostration of their love,then the two of them cry i dont know why but we can guess and then is just Akari(the best friend) showing the mc her stokings so i guees is just that mc and fmc would not see each other again ,but take this with all the doubt you have i lack of context and i dont know if this is truly the last chapter but by comments and the realese dates of the chapters i will guess it is ,it is and open and bittersweat ending and that is very good considering the authors other storys and how they end
