@LOVE KIM DANN I think those things are hands warmers I've seen it a few times in Korean drama but I am not sure. And he was acting shy because he didn't want her to know that he has been waiting for her for a long time in the cold (reason why he was using the hands warmers on his face I guess) but I could be wrong so yeah
