@Unknownxx He couldn't remember so he'd reverted back to what he used to be like before he was in a commited relationship. He had no idea he was in a relationship so he hardly would've realised when having other flings.

@Nicki Haze nooo he did not the police guy made sure he didn't get any flings and relationship, it was hard tho but he wasn't able to get a fling , he's probably talking about before he met seong ah for the first time in chapter 1
