@Zeeeee Agreed, author flaky about this. If you can steal a power, not only can you can take it and use it but can shut someone down... that is a signature op power. Go work as a prison guard for a year holding death row inmate... you got yourself a power bank.

@Zeeeee I think because it's useless in itself. If you don't have the ability to fight, you'll probably die before you can even steal the skill of others.

It, being a growth type skill was a nice touch though.
