From my perspective (thanks for the sysnopsis) the guy with Black hair, his sister committed Suicide. The blonde guy is a "Prince" who idk liked or is suppose to be with his Sister?
The black hair is with guy with short hair because he's a criminal and he may know something about the suicide if it may actually turn out to be murder.
The black hair dude is going undercover at a masquerade party because he's getting suspicious it may be someone who was there. (He's going to disguise himself as his sister) and the blonde bumps into him - that's why in the thumbnail its a guy with long hair :)!
