Ah yes, it's that one that has a body regenerating main character. It's nemesis was that serial killer who turns people into statues after murdering them. I think the main character's eye was illegally taken away and was placed on the nemisis's eye because he has cancer. The main character then can see every move of the serial killer and the serial killer is conscious abt it as well thats why he kept his every move.
