<p>protagonist looses a lot of weight in about a very short time comparitively, and has all kinds of flabby skin.<br /><br />"The Previous Life Murim Ranker" has somewhat less drastic weight loss, but he should be showing flabby skin by now too. But then, we haven't seen him without his robe much. Otherwise, the artist understands how to show how the face and rest of the angles change with gradual weight loss.<br /><br />The MC here has an advantage the other two don't. They're adults, while he's a kid, so his teenage growth will tighten up some of his flabby skin.</p>

<p>So... wouldn't he have alot of excess skin because of losing all of that weight? I feel like most...
