@Chibicthuhlu nah they assumed it was the actual thief g** who is known as a man who was going to kidnapped mc but that the tang clan didnt know was that the their g** was sending his disciple who is a woman to kidnap mc as her first mission I guess

@Alpha08 Before you go making assumptions, I can read, and I understand how things are layed out. I also understand that this is not originally written in English and sometimes there are translation issues regarding gendered pronouns. I have seen that a lot in plenty of series here. If I had issues when it came to this chapter, it was not, "Can this guy read and remember things that happened 10 seconds ago?". YEETUS21 already resolved this and explained everything. You are just piling on to be rude for the sake of being rude.
