@Ur mom girl u clearly ain't reading the same story as us. ML is only offended and ran away cuz sh** wasn't going the way he was hoping it would, he a  delusional a** mf. And MC does admit that he's been helping him, he accepts and understands that. But at this point in his life, he has no other way to live normally but to use whatever shi*** hand life dealt him, in the form of accepting the c** sessions with ML. Yall got 0 empathy for the MC who was ACTUALLY THE ONE BEING USED ALL THESE YEARS. Like, ML couldn't think beyond getting his di** wet for once, while everything is a matter of survival for MC.
