@Stockholm_ patient maybe it's the dihh being this thick and long to the point where it's between the lungs or the fact that even though the situation is like that the mc is somehow supposed to like it and even moan in pleasure while it clearly doesn't make any sense since the prostate is waaaay down there but yeah maybe I'm wrong about the human anatomy who knows I ain't no doctor to know better
