@JacobS   I know right???? He literally has a fuc**** information network of spies reporting to him, he had information to the information this entire time, yet he didn't even bother to check. He could have read or even skimmed it at any point for like the past 4 years and counting. The first time he heard something from her little sister, he could have just looked at the report for trustworthy information on the actual situation. He probably didn't even know the little sister that well, so he just blindly believed her without doubting her at all??? That's past incompetency and naivete, it's completely unreasonable.
