Like why tattooed dude placed his hand on his neck like that, why author showed us him cleaning table? It looked somehow significant as in does that mean he actually used doctor to purge out people, who wanted him gone? And only pretend to care about doc?
Also is the last part flashback from previous life? 😵💫
