Yeah, that item doesn't exist in the novel. I think it was only added for the sake of fanservice. It's a bit disappointing, because the story is actually great as it is. And to be honest, I'm bummed they didn't include the market scene where they hold hands because 'Kwon Jihan has warm hands and I have cold hands, so it’s only right that we hold hands.'
@Ella yeah, I totally agree I feel like the slow burn in the novel is what makes it so beautiful, the fan service in this while it's cute, I kind of wish it wasn't there, it ruins the build up to their most precious moment!!
