I formed my anxiety from the fear of people talking about me behind my back I guess I kinda relate to that I have to think about people talking behind my back and going to school one day to everyone whispering and making fun of me justto find out someone spread a bad rumor about me I had to get therapy because my anxiety got so bad😭

I am sorry you had to go trough that right now i am in therapy to because of my anxiety and panick attacks because i am afraid of people i dont know because i got hurt a lot by strangers when i was younger you will get trough it hopefully and i am proud of you tho🫶🏼
I hope you get better as time pasted i forgot about it a-little but i no longer go to therapy but i really feel bad to the people that go through the same problem
