The yellow dragon dies a horrible death and ML becomes the Emperor. And they have 2 children, a son and a daughter 🙂
I like to post spoilers for the stories I find interesting because I don't have much time to read novel due to busy schedule you will find me in most romantic historical manhwa comment sections

His message to her back then was either shut up or die. In the novel it was implied that she forced him to make her the the empress and legitimate companion but he didn’t care back then, so he just sent her the scarf as a warning, thinking that MC would choose not kill herself but she did.

So after she died, he suffers from the after effects of vomiting black blood 12x a day for around 2 to 3 years before going mad and killing everyone then turned back time.

@Introvert so basically HE IS  a bas**** who didn't give a sh** about her  or  there connection,not surprised at all,and he might turned back Time not because he wants her but it's that he doesn't want to suffer , what a bask black flag

@Eve Saan after reading the first spoiler i was a bit disappointed but curious if it'll feel natural, but NOW ?!!! what a waste of time, literally a f* decetful snake
