It's unclear if the FL truly loves the ML or just uses him as a means to an end. Don't get me wrong, I love her, but she treats him more as a friend than a lover

@Estelatema I think you're right to some extent. Bc she values life and health, she wants the marriage. I think she loves him as a person and cares for him as a patient. I do think his flirting is working though, and she's developing feels for him.
