@Kayylaaa I'd say if something hurts, try making it worse, sore throat? Make it worse somehow, and try to do the opposite of what's recommended, and just do a lot in general to feel worse.

ive done it before but it's hard to explain, pretty much don't sleep as much as you would when sick (it helps get better), if you can delay taking medication BUT TAKE IT LATER, I'm guessing your trying to get out of smth so just take the emds after that or cut it close ok, hope your ok, feel better ❤️🩹.

@Aiden I'm just trying to get out of getting outta bed. I've recently been put on meds 4 depression, but I really just want to be in bed all day without getting my mom worried that my meds are making it worse.😭
