talk with your Mom/aunt/grandma and see what they did to relieve the pain during the time you are suffering.

if its that painful, you may need pain relief medication

@drama I looked for it and couldn't find it plus I dont have heat pads so I'm just gonna excersice to get my body heat up

@Naomerz ngl my period cramps is not that worst but maybe because my parents grandmas sisters advice me some things not cam worsen your period like eating sour spicy and something more like that

@Naomerz Why don't you try putting ur legs up on the wall for few minutes. (i'm not saying to head stand. but only legs on the wall).
i do it when it hurts like bi*** and it works.
if it hurts in work or outside.....bear it i guess
