only the people on way higher floor where the only human aware of it is park, and he cannot leave the 99th floor since he never used the gate to reach that floor, he can only leave the floor during his administrator quests, and even then , he is stuck in the area of the quests
so no one outside the tower knows about that
@Pharodisia it was revealed to us and MC back when black dragon grandpa was introduced, but until now MC hasn't told the rest of the humans, probably only teo of the merchant cats knows so he entrusted the mission of relaying that info to the hunters to teo so they could prepare (probably why he gave the blade green onions away for free and told to "plant them outside the tower"
