genuine question (and it doesn't mean mc 'has to forgive him') did ml EVER actually asked for forgiveness? begged on his knees ashamed for all what he made mc go through emotionally? I mean tons of mcs go through this same kind of mistreatment, but just a certain quantity I'd say seemed cornered to this point (violence or not) not caring about their lives. I do find it annoying when people in general just go from being AH to try compensate without the accountability part. like they're scared of the embarrassing reality that they fuc*** up and owning up to it. -in this case I know ml is probably not avoiding it, just skipped it unknowingly to hurry and compensate him... or.. am I the one forgetting about the apology after this rant...-
Probably not alike at all but the way he's broken down emotionally reminds me of Even if you don't love me mc (stories not really similar but how plot pushed them to feel so empty and how they still end up with ml). How chiyoung shows no emotion at all makes me feel so bad for him aaaaaaaaaaaa

@chokerontheroad well I wonder thatt too cos he has gone through years n years of emotional pain by ml the only one who he thought he could rely on but ml broke him bad ,ml wanted to get back together make things right but I too can't remember either if he ever apologize in words n in proper way he never even ... He did a lot for to rescue mc n all but well he already lost the trust over the years cos ml made constantly reminded he's there only cos of there bond so how can mc just accept that this person who disliked him suddenly loves him now , he has already given up n only wanted to live a life of freedom away from all this ,a normal life which he never had .. But ml didn't even respect that 1 wish of his n just did what just wanted . .. It's a messed up situation as mc just can't trust n dare to take a chance n ml just can't apologize properly but dk if even that could solve it
