What I'm understanding is they wanna build a shopping area and a couple of houses in this area, but can't because ML doesn't want to seel his land that takes up most of area 2 and to build, they need all the areas cleared, and what I understood from this chapter is that MC wants to use some underhand methods to get the land the guy has, but I didn't get the part where he says "I've got youth" were they trying to replace him in the job he's doing?
