@Kokoro I think you are mistaking the characters. The blonde here woman in this chapter is Juheon's CEO(I think) and the one we saw in some chapters ago who was in Juheon's apartment was Juheon's aunt.

The character design for ceo/“the blonde lady” is yet again looking like a sister or aunt of juheon in my eyes and that’s the character I am refreshing to in my question.
The real aunt/adoptive guardian I recognize and she wasn’t present in this chapter, I think.
