@LuceDellaLuna  That won't solve the problem completely. Someone else might just take their positions. The main issue is that the citizens are putting their trust at those temples, if the king destroys the authority managing the temple then the citizens will revolt against the king. Or something similar to it. That's why they are taking it slow.
